Refund Policy
Cancellation, No-Show, and Refusal of Treatment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
Rescheduling:
-
Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice prior to their scheduled start time by contacting me directly to arrange a new time. If you choose to cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and do not wish to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations:

-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals:
-
Appointments will not extend past the originally scheduled appointment time. Clients will not receive a refund for any portion of their missed appointment time.
No-Show:
-
Clients who have not arrived within 20 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without a refund of any payments made.
Refusal of Treatment:

I refuse the right to refuse or stop treatment under certain circumstances.

-
Medical Reasons (Practitioner): If I have to refuse treatment due to a medical reason on my part, you will be offered the choice to reschedule or to receive a full refund of any payments made.
-
Client Condition/Behaviour: If treatment is refused or stopped due to the client presenting in a condition that I deem unsafe or inappropriate for a Reiki session (e.g., visible intoxication) or due to inappropriate behaviour, the session fee will be non-refundable.
-
Client Acute Medical Condition: If a session has to be stopped due to the client experiencing an acute medical condition, the refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the portion of the session that was completed.
Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event that the session has to be interrupted or stopped due to unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control, we will work together to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or the option to reschedule the remaining portion of the session.
